There are three types of calendar changes that can occur. Each requires specific preparation and steps before the change-over date.
- eSolutions/GHD (Old Calendar → New Calendar)
Pre-work & Steps:- Select a change-over date with the Client/eSolutions (preferably a day with no meetings) and notify the eScribe Support Team.
- Unpublish all upcoming meetings before the change-over date.
⚠️ If this is not done, Publishing errors and duplicate entries may occur. - Ensure all past meetings have their documents (minutes, videos, etc.) published.
- On the change-over date, eScribe will apply the new GHD calendar configuration.
- The client can then re-publish upcoming meetings.
- Ask eSolutions/GHD to migrate old meetings - This can be done anytime, but the client must confirm past meeting documents are published before migration.
- Existing eScribe Calendar → New eSolutions/GHD Integration
