Issue: Admin Unable to Start or Conduct Meeting

Steps to troubleshoot the Issue:

• Check the Meeting site on which the user is facing the issue
• User should be listed as Admin attendee to be able to conduct the meeting
• If the user is listed as participant within the attendee list- Switch the permission to admin to resolve the Issue
• Admin view of the Meeting when listed as participant attendee

• 

Note: Even if you have Portal Admin/Admin permission you should be listed as Admin attendee within the meeting site to be able to start the streaming and recording and to conduct the meeting site.
