Meeting Management:

• When the visitor role was added to a user, the participant role was automatically removed
• An Admin listed in the meeting management permissions disappeared when adding a new user to the list
• Department members were being removed from the department
• The user updated the report properties to reflect a new meeting type and date but the workflow email notification still displayed the old properties
• When a meeting date is updated during the approval process, the new meeting date was not showing up under the action log-user approvals report
• A report approver was unable to access attachment during the approval process
• Instead of a draft agenda item being added to the meeting site once approved, it was being removed
• Draft agenda items assigned to closed session disappeared once approved
• Attachments were being duplicated when the admin renamed it within the meeting
• Long agenda item titles caused the Create Agenda Item pop-up window to cut-off details
• The public display logo appeared enlarged when a motion was being cast
• Within a meeting site in the Publishing area, the visitors tab was missing
• The show date setting when a second session is added was not displaying the date correctly
• The pre and post minutes package was unable to be prepared
• Duplicate items were appearing in the post minutes package

• The search filtering options were not keyboard accessible
• Public comments were not appearing on the HTML page. It would show 0 but there was at least 1 public comment submitted
• A CSS styling error was corrected within the calendar view pop-up
• Improved the load time when expanding the past meetings dropdowns
• Archived video links were added to the RSS feed
