The Idle Image setting has been updated

• The user no longer has the click an Apply button to save their choice of Idle Image
• Simply choose an option from the drop down and the selection will preview and automatically save

  

  • • Within the meeting site in conduct meeting mode, the start and stop buttons have been replaced with toggles
    • When the Encoder is Streaming and Not Locked:
      • A "Stop Streaming" button will appear
      • This means that the stream has been started from the Edit Encoder page, not another meeting site
      • When the "Stop Streaming" button is clicked, the button disappears, the Stream toggle in the Edit Encoder page turns off and the Stream and Recording toggles appear 
      • The administrator can now start to stream the meeting 

  

  • • When the Encoder is Streaming and Locked
      • When two meeting sites are using the same encoder, and one meeting site is already streaming, no orange "Stop Streaming" button will appear in the second meeting site because the encoder is streaming and locked. The administrator will see text explaining how to unlock the encoder in use 
      • To unlock the encoder, the administrator will navigate to the Edit Encoder page for the applicable encoder and click the "Unlock" button
      • All streams and recordings will then be off
      • The administrator can then navigate back to the second meeting site and see the Stream and Recording toggles have reappeared 
      • The administrator can now start to stream and record the meeting 

   

  

  • • Once the meeting concludes, the stream and recording will stop
    • The administrator can navigate to the Edit Encoder window and start the stream to continue 24/7 streaming, if desired
