The following is a typical layout for an Administrator’s view of an eSCRIBE Portal site.

Explanation

1 – eSCRIBE Menu Bar

This accordion style menu provides access to all functionality within the eSCRIBE Portal.

2 – Documents

This listing shows all reports at a glance for eSCRIBE Administrators, who can use this section to add reports to a meeting site (agenda). Use the filter option to the top right of this section to filter out any reports by status that you do not wish to see here. Please note, Workflows cannot be started from this section, and can be started from the Report Manager Draft option through the eSCRIBE Menu Bar.

3 – Agenda Items

The Incoming Agenda Items section holds agenda items which have not yet been assigned to a specific eSCRIBE meeting. Items will wait here until they have been dealt with. These items may have been submitted by Contributors, or referred/deferred from other meetings.

4 – Meetings

This section is used to schedule, edit, and provide access to eSCRIBE meeting sites.
