If a user incorrectly enters their username and password too many times, their account will become locked out. While an account is locked out, the user will not be able to login until the account is unlocked by an administrator.

A locked account will show Yes under the Locked column on the user list. The user will not receive specific feedback telling them that their account has been locked – it simply will not allow them into the system.

To unlock a form user account, click on the user name, uncheck the Locked checkbox and click Submit. The user account will be unlocked, and the user is now able to access the system.
