Capturing Conflicts of Interest (Pecuniary Interest)

There are two ways a conflict of interest can be handled in eSCRIBE.

1. At any point during the meeting lifecycle (on any agenda item)

2. Under a specific item (by adding the special action on the meeting template) 

Once a conflict is in place, the voting member in conflict will not show up as a mover, seconder, or voting member for any resolutions on the item.
