The Resource Library is a tool that allows Administrators to upload documents that are accessible to all users of eSCRIBE. The Resource Library is available for all users via the Web Portal by accessing the Resource Library through the Menu Bar.

For Participants using the Meetings Professional Apps, the Resource Library is on the home page of the App.

Note: Professional licenses are available on a user basis for the iPad and Windows devices. Please contact our Account Management team for more info on adding Professional licenses.

To Add Documents and/or Folders to the Resource Library, navigate to the eSCRIBE Portal Menu Bar, expand the Other section and choose Resource Library.

Upon clicking the Upwards arrow, a pop up window will appear where you can click Choose File to browse your Computer to upload a document, and add a description if you'd like.

Please Note: The same Attachments/Supporting Documents file size and file type rules apply to Resource Library documents. Click here to review supported file types and sizes.

As soon as a document is uploaded, it will also be automatically published and available to all users in eSCRIBE. Click the Globe icon to Unpublish a document meaning it will only be accessible to Administrators through the Resource Library. The Action icons allow you to View, Edit or Delete the document, from left to right.

Upon clicking the Plus sign in the Resource Library, a pop up window will appear asking you to enter the Folder name. Please note folders are only accessible through the Web Portal, on the eSCRIBE Meetings Professional Apps, the files will be listed instead of the folders.

Once a folder is created, click on the name of the folder to view the folder's documents. Choose the Plus sign or Upwards arrow again to create a new folder, or upload a document to the folder.
