Uploading a New Picture/Logo

To upload an image file to be used as an attendee photo or logo, select Pictures/Logos from the Other section of the eSCRIBE menu bar.

Select the type of image you wish to upload.

Note: The maximum size that is allowed for upload is 1MB, and optimal dimensions for display on the mobile apps is 140 X 140 pixels.

Once you’ve chosen the type of file you wish to upload, select “Add New Image” from the following drop-down menu.

Next, click the Browse button and locate the image file you wish to upload. Select the file and click Open. Click the Upload button to complete the upload.

These images will now be available for selection in the Attendee Management, Meeting Management, and iPad Branding areas.
