Important Note: eScribe Meetings Pro (mobile app for iPad or Win10/11 devices) licenses should only be assigned to a user once. When a user is assigned a license in one attendee group, it is enabled globally to their account, which includes all attendee groups the member is a part of.

There is no need to enable the license for a user in each attendee group they are a member of.

To better manage Mtgs Pro user licenses, we recommend Administrators create a Mtgs Pro App Licenses attendee group to use when assigning and removing licenses to and from users. You may also enable the Pro App license in any group as needed.

To assign a license to a user you add that user to the attendee group Meetings Pro App licenses as normal BUT ensure that you check the box labelled Meetings Pro App. The only other information you must fill out is the Attendee Info section, none of the other fields are required.  

To remove a license or switch a license to someone else, simply delete the user from the attendee group and add a new one (if required). 

NOTE: This is the only attendee group that you will need to check off Meetings Pro App, you do not need to check this box in any other attendee group.
