To reorder minutes for a particular meeting, click on “Administration” and select “Reorder Minutes”

You will see a screen to reorder post meeting.

Select the item to reorder by assigning numbers in required order and click on “Save Order” once the desired changes have been made.

Note:

When you go to reorder minutes, you will see that the items that were visited during conduct meeting mode will have a number filled in the drop down to the left of the item. When the minutes are prepared with "display minutes in agenda order" is unchecked, they will appear in the order of those numbers (sequence).

If the box "Display minutes in agenda order" is checked then those numbers are ignored and the minutes will just display in agenda order (with the "Items not visited" if you checked it too).

On the other hand, you will see the items that were NOT visited during conduct meeting mode will have a "-" filled in the drop down to the left of the item. To include un-visited items in the minutes, select an order number in the drop down. This number becomes its sequence in the minutes.

When you add a number for an "un-visited" item and prepare the minutes, it will appear in that sequence in the minutes and will now be considered "visited". If you have the box "display minutes in agenda order" checked it ignores the sequence/number beside it and displays that item in agenda order as if it was visited.

This is useful if you have forgotten to click on an agenda item during conduct meeting mode. You don't have to unadjourn the meeting just to visit the item. It also helps when you clicked the items in the wrong sequence, it allows you to correct the sequence. It also allows you to include "non-visited" items in the sequence that you prefer.
