In the DocumentsPrepare section of your meeting/agenda you may see your attachment has the message: "This is not an accessible document. You may wish to remediate and reattach"
The message is not an error but more of an alert/warning.
This message appears when you upload a document that does not have any "tags" for accessibility. eSCRIBE has made several improvements in the system and is committed to making continual improvements to ensure that documents that eSCRIBE creates meet accessibility standards.
eSCRIBE's accessibility statement can be found here.
One of the things that the system does is to add very basic accessibility "tags" to documents that have been uploaded without any accessibility tags, so it can be compiled into the agenda package. The only way to get rid of the error is to remediate the document and upload a version of the document that has the correct accessibility tags.
You can create and verify PDF accessibility by referring to this online article: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/acrobat/using/create-verify-pdf-accessibility.html
