Using eScribe's Vote Manager + Request to Speak module, votes can be captured electronically by participants using a user friendly voting input screen, then having eScribe calculate vote results and display within the minutes and public displays.

During the meeting, when an Administrator opens the vote, a "Vote Now" window will appear to voters (who are present in attendance and not in conflict) and a "Vote in Progress" window for non-voting members.

Users can click the "X" button to minimize the voting window and just click the "Vote in Progress" word on the right side panel to go back to the vote screen.
