Adding the Video File

Upon concluding the meeting, the video file will automatically be added, and can be seen in the Post-Meeting site.  You can change the video file or reference a video file that was uploaded outside of eSCRIBE through the video settings page.

From the eSCRIBE menu bar, Select Settings under the Settings section, and then click the Video tab.

Enter (or copy/paste) the full URL to the .mp4 file, click Save.

Note:  In order to publish the video that you provided your own link for (above) you must ensure that the video file you are linking to in the “Archived Stream” field is available publically online for it to publish to your website.
