Once in post-meeting mode, with a valid Archived Stream URL added, the video will play on the right-hand side of the screen above the selected item’s details.

To minimize the video controls to take your normal minutes, click the arrow hi-lighted below.  Click the arrow again to expand.

Any of the bookmarks added during conduct meeting can be edited by using the controls underneath the video – either by increasing/decreasing the values using the up and down arrows, or by manually entering a value into the text-boxes, and clicking save.  Alternatively, the Tag link will take the current video time, and enter it directly into the text boxes.

If an item was selected more than once during conduct meeting mode, it will have multiple bookmarks.  Each can be edited by first selecting the bookmark to be edited, and then following the process described above.

If any bookmarks were added in error, it can be deleted by clicking Delete button with the appropriate bookmark selected.

If an item was not visited during conduct meeting mode, but you wish to add a bookmark, simply select the item, enter a bookmark value, and click New.
