The Meetings list provides access to individual eSCRIBE meeting sites.   Only meeting sites that the user has been invited to (via the Attendee Group), or has been published for Visitor’s access will be listed.

2 – Documents

This document library is used by contributors, as they are creating and collaborating on their reports and submissions, initiating electronically.

3 – Requests

This list allows you to request that an agenda item be considered or added to an eSCRIBE meeting, by an eSCRIBE administrator.

5 – Workflow Approvals

This web part provides access to your personal open approval requests.

Accessing an eSCRIBE Meeting Site

eSCRIBE meeting sites are accessed directly from the eSCRIBE Portal. To access a meeting site, simply click on the date of the meeting site in the Meetings list.

Note: Contributors will not be able to access meeting materials until an administrator has published the meeting site.
