(this improvement was a Customer suggestion)

  • Those who wish to apply to a vacancy now have the ability to print a blank application form

  • When the user clicks on the Print button, they will see the browsers print window screen open with just a view of the application form
  • Required fields on the application form will still appear
  • Certain application fields have been adjusted in order to be printed and completed by hand. These changes are only applicable to applications being printed:
    • Attachment field: the browse button has been removed and the text "Please include with the application when submitting" has been added
    • Board Applied field: the board the user is applying to will appear in this field. Extra space will be left under the text in case the applicant wants to write in more boards they are applying to
    • Dropdown field: the text "Select one option" has been added to the end of the text. The dropdown options are listed out with an empty checkbox to the left and the dropdown option to the right. The options will be listed one after the other in the order they normally appear in the dropdown
    • Text fields: for fields that usually contain a text box, multiple lines of space have been allotted to allows applicants to write their answers. The controls such as bold, font styles Edit, etc. have been removed
    • Multi-checkbox field: the text "Select all that apply" has been added to the end of the text. The options are listed out with an empty checkbox to the left and the multi-checkbox option to the right. The options will be listed one after the other in the order they normally appear in the multi-checkbox tool

New Setting: Set the Number of Dates for Member Expiry Notification

  • Administrators can now set how many days out a user will receive their member expiry notification
  • In the settings dropdown, a new setting has been added titled "Term Expiry"
  • Once clicked, a window will appear on the screen. There are two options that administrators can choose from:
    • Number of days: the default value is 90. Any whole number up to 9999 can be inputted. Click the checkmark to save
    • Unlimited: the default is for this option to be unchecked. If the administrator would like this option checked, an expiry notification will never be sent out for a member
  • Administrators need to choose one or the other as their selection
  • The new Term Expiry setting will automatically reflect the customers choice that is already in the system today. This new setting gives the customer the ability to update their choice without having to contact a member of the eScribe team

  • Updated the header in the Email Notifications to read "Admins & Users"
