The final release note is provided below and contains the following fixes:
Improvements:
Display the Number of Open Positions on the Board Manager Public Page
(this improvement was a Customer suggestion)
- On the Board Manager public page, a new column has been added in the Vacancies tab to indicate how many open positions there are for the applicable board
- The new column "Number of Open Positions" displays as the second column
- This information is pulled from the admin side of Board Manager. When a vacancy is added, the admin can indicate the number of open positions for the vacancy. If this number is edited, it will be reflected on the public side
- On the vacancies tab, the bracket that displays after the Boards Name will still display the total number of vacancies for the applicable board
Other Improvements
- Special characters are not permitted in the Positions and Roles section. Only letters are accepted
- In regards to application forms, a multi-checkbox field can be applied. The "Select All" option on that field has been removed
- All required fields have the same required indicator. A red asterisk * indicates a field is required on application forms
- The default application form question "Attachments" is no longer a required field. It's now an optional field
- When printing an application form the default font size is 12 pt
- Public Board Manager sites can be searched through search engines like Google
