If your organization has Public Request to Speak enabled on your Vote Manager/RTS module then you will see the following in the Request to Speak section of your eScribe meeting.

• Once Request to Speak is enabled, you can select Public request to speak from the drop down list.
  • • Participants can still Request to Speak on the list
• Options available to add speaker and other speaker.
• Position and Comment fields
  • • Available in Public Request to speak-which are not mandatory
    • A limit of 500 characters maximum-Comment field
