If you are a forms-authentication user, and have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login screen.

Enter your username and the email address used for your account, and a new temporary password will be emailed directly to you.  If you experience any difficulty, please contact your eSCRIBE Administrator for password assistance.

Once logged in to eSCRIBE, you can change your temporary password by clicking on the user options drop down menu, and selecting Change Password.

Note: Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least 1 non alpha numeric character (eg: ! @ # $ % & * ? { } )
