Sometimes in order to properly troubleshoot issues user are experiencing on their eScribe site, a number of variables need to be considered:
- browser type and version
- browser settings
- internet connection
- network settings

- take a screen shot of the results and upload to your support ticket

Identify Upload Speed to eScribe Azure datacenter
- Test the upload speed of large files here: http://www.azurespeed.com/Azure/UploadLargeFile
- select the appropriate data centers for your region
- Canadian Customers: select Canada East (Quebec City)
- US Customers: select East US (Virginia) & East US2 (Virginia)
- AUS/NZ Customers: select Australia Southeast (Victoria)
- Asian Customers: select Japan East (Saitama Prefecture)

Identify network latency from your computer to the eScribe Azure datacenter
- Please visit http://www.azurespeed.com/Azure/Latency
- select the appropriate data centers for your region
- Canadian Customers: select Canada East (Quebec City)
- US Customers: select East US (Virginia) & East US2 (Virginia)
- AUS/NZ Customers: select Australia Southeast (Victoria)
- Asian Customers: select Japan East (Saitama Prefecture)

Capture loading times of pages/items within eScribe
- Open Google Chrome
- press CTRL + SHIFT + I
- this will load a set of performance monitoring tools
- Open eSCRIBE site
- take note of the 'Load' value at the bottom tool bar
- click around the eSCRIBE site, taking note of the 'Load' value with each action
