Administrator - Adding a Late Exception Workflow

If configured, late exception workflows are used to help enforce submission deadlines. If a meeting’s submission deadline has passed, a late exception workflow will need to be run, approving the document for late submission.

Late exception workflows will be triggered based on the portal settings for reports, see the Report Settings article for more details.

Note: Once a late exception workflow has completed, the document still needs to be approved via a regular approval workflow.

Late Exception workflows are added in the same way as the Approval workflows.

Click on Late Exception tab in the Workflows screen, enter the group name and click New.

Once the group is created, follow the same steps for creating a workflow approval group.
