Reports that have meetings as approval steps must be added to a meeting site to appear on the agenda, and then approved or rejected by the meeting site administrator.

On the Action Log, directly below the User Approvals list, is the Meeting Approvals list. Expand the drop-down menu of a report item, and select Create Agenda Item, or Attach to Agenda Item as appropriate.

Note: Only meeting sites created for the appropriate meeting type configured for the workflow in use will appear as options.

Once the report is added to a meeting site, it can be approved or rejected at any time. Simply select the item from agenda navigation list to view the Item Details, and click the Workflow link in the Report Approval section.

In the eSCRIBE Approval Workflow screen click on the Approve button to approve the report.
