To access Meeting Announcements and other administration functions, select the appropriate link from the Administration drop down on the eSCRIBE menu bar inside a Meeting Site. 

Announcements are maintained by eSCRIBE Administrators, and can be seen by all attendees in the Meeting Site. The Meeting Site Announcement is displayed on the main page of the meeting site as soon as attendees access the meeting site, above the Attendee List.
