Managing Conflicts of Interest

When a Participant Self Declares that they have a Conflict of Interest on an item (Ontario Customers), or the Administrator enters a Conflict of Interest on behalf of a participant, the Conflict will show on the Agenda's Navigation:

Additionally, the Conflict will show up under the Alerts section of the Meeting Site for Administrators:

Administrators can easily remove the Conflict of Interest by selecting the respective Recycling Bin. Additionally, Administrators can select the Close link to hide alerts.

Selecting the Person in Conflict item will display the Conflict's details in a Pop Up:

Administrators can modify the details of the Conflict, and can delete the Conflict as well by clicking the Recycling Bin to the bottom left of the form above.

Alternatively, any changes that are made can be saved by clicking the Update button

Administrators and Participants will also be able to see the listed Conflicting member on the Item's Details

Selecting on the Conflicting member will display the Conflict's details as shown above.
