If Configured by an Administrator, Contributors can add Approvers to a workflow when starting a workflow, allowing Contributors to reorder the approval steps.

To add an Ad-Hoc approver before starting the workflow, choose the Workflows option from the drop down menu for a Report.

NOTE: When adding an Ad-Hoc Approver , left clicking and dragging on the orange number for the related Approval Step will allow users to change the order of Ad-Hoc Approval Steps.

Choose Start Workflow when all Ad-Hoc Approvers have been added to the workflow.

Contributors who are Approvers can also add an Ad-Hoc Approver while after the workflow has started. Here's how: Contributor - Adding an Ad-Hoc Approver During a Running Workflow
