In order to setup a User to have specific Administrator privileges to be able to Conduct an eSCRIBE Meeting (Take minutes, Capture Votes, and manage the Meeting Site) a User would need the following permissions:

The user would then have to be added to the Attendee Group or Attendee List, inside a Meeting Site, as an Administrator:

Although the user who is setup as a Meeting Administrator will have the same view and menu bar as a Portal Administrator, they will receive access denied messages if they try to manage any aspects of the eSCRIBE Portal.

Meeting Administrators will be able to take the same actions inside a Meeting Site as any other Administrator (access to Closed, Prepare/Publish Documents for example.)
