Administrators are able to create Reports by visiting the eSCRIBE Menu Bar, and from the Report Manager option, select Draft.

Administrators will be able to see all Draft reports in eSCRIBE, that have been created by any users. Administrators can manage reports here, and can select the + button to start creating their own draft report.

Complete the form below and click Create to complete the report using the desired report template. From here, the process for creating a report is essentially the same for Administrators and Contributors.

For information on what file types and sizes of files can be uploaded as attached documents, please read this article.

The selected Report Template will open up in Microsoft Word.

When you are finished working on the report, click Save. Microsoft Word will automatically save the Report back in eSCRIBE with the status set to Draft.

Note: Do NOT click Save As, this will save a local copy of the report on your computer and not store any changes in eSCRIBE.
