Step 1: Publish the Meeting to the Internet
Upon publishing the meeting date, the Video (Live Feed) will automatically publish a link to View the Live Stream, once the Live Stream begins.
Step 2: Start Streaming & Recording
Just before the meeting, when you are ready to start recording and streaming, simply click the Start Recording button at the top of the agenda navigation in Conduct Meeting mode.
Upon clicking Start Recording, eSCRIBE will start streaming and recording of video. The status will change to “Streaming, Recording”.
Once recording has started, simply clicking an item in conduct meeting mode will automatically create a video bookmark for that item. These bookmarks make it possible to link agenda items to specific parts of the video, and can easily be edited during post-meeting mode in advance of publishing the video to the web.
Step 3: Conclude the Meeting
When the meeting has adjourned, it should be concluded as normal. If your meeting site is currently streaming or recording, streaming and recording will be automatically stopped.
Step 4: Adjust Bookmarks in Post Meeting Mode
Once in post-meeting mode, with a valid Archived Stream URL added, the video will play on the right-hand side of the screen above the selected item’s details.
To minimize the video controls to take your normal minutes, click the arrow hi-lighted below. Click the arrow again to expand.
Any of the bookmarks added during conduct meeting can be edited by using the controls underneath the video – either by increasing/decreasing the values using the up and down arrows, or by manually entering a value into the text-boxes, and clicking save. Alternatively, the Tag link will take the current video time, and enter it directly into the text boxes.
