Approving Draft Agenda Items

As soon as a Report is created and a Meeting Date is selected, the Report will automatically show in the Meeting Site as "Draft" if the setting "Denote Draft Items in Agenda" is enabled. Otherwise the item will appear as normal, and only once an Administrator has Created an Agenda Item from a Report, or Attached a Report to an Existing Item.

Once the Item is Approved in the Workflow, it will remain in the Meeting Site without the need to Create an Agenda Item from the Approved Report. The Item can also be reordered as needed.

To Approve a Report inside a Meeting Site, click on the Item Title to View the Properties of the Report.

From the Pop Up Window, next to the Status of the Report select View Details to bring up the Workflow in Progress. Here an Administrator can Approve on Behalf of Each Approver as needed.

Alternatively, Administrators can change the Status from Approval Started to Approved and Skip the Workflow all together.
