Draft Agendas are enabled per Meeting Type. To Enable this setting, from the eSCRIBE Portal Menu Bar select Meeting Management.

In the Drop Down menu for Meeting Type, select the meeting type that you want to enable elections in, and select the Update link.

Expand the Meeting section by clicking the Arrow next to Meeting.

Select Meeting Settings from the sub menu.

Check the box to Enable Draft Agenda to automatically show Reports in an eSCRIBE Meeting Site, that are requested to appear on the selecting Meeting Date. Additionally, if you wish to see the word "DRAFT" before the item, check the box to enable the setting Denote Draft Items in Agendas.
