Preparing the Agenda:

Preparing the Full Agenda Package with FileHold/Laserfische will follow the same preparation process without an integration present.  

Publishing to FileHold/Lasefische

On the FileHold/Laserfische tab, publish the Full Agenda package only by clicking on the black shaded radio button. Select which Template from the drop down the document belongs to and it click Publish.  Please note:    available template options are managed the customer in FileHold/Laserfische.

Select which template or schema the PDF Agenda will be published to. These templates have been pre configured on the customer's FileHold portal during configuration.

Once the file has been published, the new document will reside in the appropriate cabinet ( folders) as configured by the customer.
