eSCRIBE allows the creation of a Draft Agenda where any Report that has a selected Meeting Date, will automatically show that in the Meeting Site.

Draft Items can be Denoted with the "DRAFT" Status when Viewing an Agenda Item within a Meeting Site, and when Viewing the Prepared Agenda Package.

Draft Agendas must be enabled for each Meeting Type individually.
