Preparing the Post Minutes Package

Preparing the Post Minutes Package with FileHold/Laserfische will follow the same preparation process without an integration present.  

Publishing to FileHold/Laserfische

On the FileHold/Laserfische  tab, publish the Post Minutes Package only by clicking on the black shaded radio button. Select which Template from the drop down the document belongs to and it click Publish.  Please note:    available template options are managed the customer in FileHold/Laseerfische.

Select which template or schema the PDF Agenda will be published to. These templates have been pre configured on the customer's FileHold/Laserfische portal during configuration.
