• Description and the first motion on an item has reserved space
  
  • If the item does not have a description or motion, the space will not be reserved
  • This section will be scrollable

Note: If another window is cast on top of the active item window, once the window is done or uncast, the active item window would still be present

• For example, if the active item is being cast, and then the admin casts a motion, the cast a motion window would be present on the public display. Once the admin uncast the motion, the active item window would still be visible
