When the agenda package is taking longer time to prepare, please clear the queue and re-prepare the agenda package

normally when we prepare a package, if it gets stuck or if it's taking more than expected time to prepare a package, I would recommend you to login to a different browser and  please check if you see the message stating "Preparation/conversion in progress..(1 remaining), please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Clear Queue".
