The following information helps to address issues of opening MS Word Documents when working in eSCRIBE.

1. Adding eSCRIBE to Microsoft Office Trust center settings- Applicable for version until Office 2021
2. Recommended Browser setting for log-in prompts. 
   
   
3. Enable Trust Centre settings within Office 365
   
   
4. Make sure Microsoft Office has no pending updates.
   
   
5. Suppose there is an active antivirus installed on the user’s device. Please whitelist the eSCRIBE Meetings website.

This applies to most but not all. There are add-ins and other factors that can cause issues with Report Manager/opening word
